You will think of two separate things. The first is a card in the
deck. Don’t make this one that everyone selects (i.e. Ace of
Spades or Queen of Hearts) or do. It is up to you but don’t tell
anyone. You are also going to just think of a position in the
deck somewhere from 1 to 52. When you have done this hit
